We offer you a delicious Georgian-style meat recipe that tastes like skewers. Thanks to the lemon juice marinade, the meat comes out very soft and juicy. Fresh greens and spices provide an appetizing aroma, and honey – a pleasant sweet note. Serve Georgian-style meat with your favorite side dish and vegetable salad.
Georgian style meat
INGREDIENTS
-1 kg of meat
-1/2 lemon
-2 spoons of honey
-1 tablespoon of cream
-hops-sound to taste
-parsley and dill to taste
– fresh coriander to taste
-rosemary to taste
-basil to taste
– salt and ground black pepper to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Cut the meat into medium pieces, chop the greens, squeeze the lemon juice.
2. Mix the prepared ingredients, add honey, spices and salt. Refrigerate the meat for 2-3 hours.
3. After the meat has been marinated, mix it with cream and put it in the tray. Bake the meat in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size of the meat pieces.
