THIS IS THE LIST OF THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE YOUR FAJITA STEAK:

THE FAJITA SEASONING MIX:

2 small spoons.Of ground cumin.

2 small spoons.Of chili powder.

1 small spoon.Of onion powder.

1 small spoon.Of salt.

1 small spoon.Of crushed red pepper flakes.

2 large spoons.Of olive oil.

FOR MAKING THE STEAK FAJITAS, YOU’LL NEED:

Sliced bell peppers; I used 3 colorful.

Sliced red onion; I used a medium one.

Sliced mushrooms; I used 8 ounces.

Minced garlic; I used 2 cloves.

1½ Lbs.Of flank steak – thinly sliced.

1 large spoon.Of Worcestershire sauce.

¼ Cup.Of lime juice.

Small flour tortillas; I used 10.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

To start, you need to combine the cumin with chili powder, onion powder, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl and whisk to combine and set aside.

2nd Step

Prepare a high temperature in a big skillet. After allowing the olive oil to heat for a minute, pour in your sliced bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms, and then add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the veggies until they reach a crisp-tender consistency (7 to 10 minutes).

3rd Step

At this point, you need to add half of your spice combination and the minced garlic during the last two minutes of cooking time. Continue to cook for an additional minute or two.

4th Step

And now, take the veggies out of the pan and place them on a serving dish. However, maintain the skillet at a warm temperature.

5th Step

Put the skillet back on the stove over high heat. After the flank steak has been cut very thinly and added to the heated pan, sprinkle the remaining spice combination and then drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the top.

6th Step

Cook the steak over medium-high heat, turning it often, until the surface of the meat is browned, which should take approximately two to three minutes. Flank steak is ideally eaten medium rare. Add a further three to four minutes to the cooking time for well done.

7th Step

After the meat has finished cooking, put it back in the pot with the veggies. Add a few drops of lime juice and stir everything together.

Enjoy it!!
