OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE BLOOMIN ONION RECIPE

The Outback Steakhouse Blooming Onion has been a delight the restaurant has had since its opening. You can make an appetizer menu item just as they do, and you don't need any fancy tools to prepare this Bloomin Onion.

Home-fried Plumen Steakhouse Platter With Onion Crushed Sauce On A Platter.

I think this is one of my first imitation recipes. I can remember the first time I tried this flowering onion. Onions are cut in a way that they open up, and some might say they "bloom".

Petals and onions are sautéed and then this mixture is served with a wonderful sauce. I know you will be just as amazed as you were the first time you tried this creation.

This is the most popular remote onion you can make..You can't go wrong here !! The delicious combination of onion, thyme, ketchup and pepper .. It will be a great appetizer for any party, together or day playing, just try it !!

What do you need :

  • mayonnaise: half a cup
  •  Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  •  Radish: 1 teaspoon
  •  garlic powder: half a teaspoon
  •  Sweet pepper: half a teaspoon
  •  Dried thyme: a quarter of a teaspoon
  •  salt: 1 dash
  •  Black pepper: 1 dash
  • Cayenne pepper: 1 dash

For onions:

  • Sweet or yellow onion: 1 large
  •  All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups
  •  Eggs: 3 large eggs
  •  Yogurt: 1/4 cup (you can use milk as well)
  •  Ordinary fluffy crumbs: 1 cup
  •  Old Gulf Seasoning: 1 tablespoon

Directione :

1. Start by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, radish, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper and hot pepper in a small bowl. Then stir, cover, and cool until time is shared.

2. Cut off the top of the onion and remove the skin.

3. Make sure to place the onions on a cutting board, side down. Cut about 1/2 inch off the root with a sharp knife.

4. You need to make 3 pieces evenly spaced around the onion at this point. &  leave root intact.

5. Make two to three pieces immediately in the middle of each quarter. Depending on the size of the onion, you should have 12 to 16 pieces.

6. Gently turn on the onion and separate the petals.

7. In a bowl of iced water, put the onion and leave it for an hour to two hours. Next, put the peeled onions on paper towels to filter

8. Choose a bowl and put onion. Once done, sift the flour over it and gently separate the petals. To get good coverage, I personally do this multiple times. You will want to reduce any excess by gently turning the onions upside down.

9. In a bowl, beat the eggs and yogurt. In another boil, put the onions and pour over the egg mixture, quickly separating the petals. In this part, transfer the onions to a large, shallow bowl.

10. The next step is to mix the bread crumbs and then sprinkle onion petals.

11. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and preheat the following manufacturer's instructions. After that, sprinkle the tray with cooking oil and add the onions along with the roots. Finally, cook for a quarter of an hour.

12. Immediately serve open onions on dipping

Enjoy !
